While those are cooking you make your special sauce.
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts – cubed
2 cans Cream of Chicken Soup
1 cup milk
1 tsp curry powder
2 heads of broccoli – chopped
6 servings of rice
1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
2. Cook rice according to directions on package (I use minute rice), steam broccoli, and cook chicken. (You can cook the chicken however you would like, pan fry, I prefer to bbq, boil.)
3. Mix soup, milk and curry together. When the rice is finished cooking mix with sauce and pour into a 9 x 13 baking dish. Cover with the chicken and broccoli. Sprinkle cheese and bread crumbs over the top. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
