Collard greens…..another thing I got in my Bountiful Basket that I had never purchased. So I found this great recipe online and I really liked them!! I think they taste like cabbage, yummy. And if I had any relatives from the South I am sure they would have been proud of my cooking method.
1 tbs olive oil
4 slices bacon
2. Pour in chicken broth, and season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 45 minutes, or until greens are tender.
