Turkey Stuffing Divan

November 26, 2010

So now that the big day is over, what to do with all those leftovers??!!!! I will tell you, I found this recipe online and it looks fantastic. (I will make this someday in my life before I die.)

Ingredients:

1 1/4 cups boiling water
4 tbs butter or margarine
4 cups Seasoned Stuffing
2 cups cooked broccoli cuts
2 cups cubed cooked turkey or chicken
1 (10.75 ounce) can Campbell’s® Condensed Cream of Celery Soup (Regular or 98% Fat Free)
1/2 cup milk
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
2. Mix water and butter. Add stuffing. Mix lightly.

3. Spoon into 2-quart shallow baking dish. Top with broccoli and turkey.
4. Mix soup, milk and 1/2 cup cheese and pour over all. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake for 30 minutes or until hot.

So I made this the other night for dinner. I think the broccoli gives it a funny after taste. I think next time I make I'll do everything and have the broccoli as a side.
